Deposit refunded if cancelled 30 days before arrival.
Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Forfeit all monies paid if cancelled within 3 weeks of arrival unless able to fill the week, then all but $75 returned.
Other Policies: Reservations booked on a first paid, first confirmed basis. Must receive balance 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Welcome to your "Second Home"! Your vacation home is located at 620 Second Street, Harbor Springs! It is just 2 blocks from beautiful down town, the beach, shopping and dining! We are only 5 minutes from 2 of the top rated ski resorts in Michigan, Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. We have had nothing but compliments about how clean and comfortable the house is. We are one of the few that allow pets and offer a reasonable rate! Our location couldn't be any better! We are close enough to walk to town for ice cream or get the morning paper yet just far enough to be completely peaceful! We are constantly making upgrades here and there! Last spring we put in a paver stone patio! Guest have loved sitting out there and watching as deer walk through the yard! |

| Harbor Springs is home to one of the best Sk8 parks! Kids can bring their roller blades, skate boards and bike to play in the park. If you like to bike, there is a paved bike path that runs from Harbor Springs through Petoskey and continues on to Charlevoix! You can also ride your bike north along M-119, the famous "Tunnel of Trees" all the way to Cross Village for lunch at Legs Inn! Golf courses are a staple of the area! You will find a variety of challanging courses within minutes of the house! During the summer months if you are a thrill seeker, you can make your first free fall jump out of an air plane..with a certified sky jumper! |
