Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Charges: +21 Days before requested arrival date Rs 400 / GBP 5 per booking or 5% of the booking value (whichever is higher). 21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date There is a 5% administration charge + Rs 400 / GBP 5 per booking. 13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date There is a 10% administration charge. 6 - 4 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of one night. 3 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
Extension of stay: Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices (Hotel may charge you publish rates).
Shortening your stay: Goan Clove offers some flexibility with regard to this issue. However, as a facilitator Goan Clove has to abide by the hotel policies. You have to e-mail or fax to the hotel clearly specifying the dates of shortening your stay and the refund amount from the hotel.
Security Deposit: GBP 50
Other Policies: 1.Reservations with arrival at the hotel prior to 0700 are held from the previous evening and are billed for from the previous evening itself.
2. In the absence of flight arrival details, reservations will be deemed as guarantee up to 1800 hours only. However, a credit and guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
3.Our Check in/Check out is 11 AM/ 10 AM. Late Check out is permitted by 1 hours, however the same is available only on request subject to availability.
