Cancellation Policy: 1/2 rent due w/reservation - balance of rent and security/damage deposit due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. $100 processing fee will be withheld if cancelled 31 days or more before scheduled arrival date. Total rent amount (less security/damage deposit) will be withheld if cancelled 30 days or less before scheduled arrival date.
Security Deposit: Our rates include taxes. $300 refundable security/damage deposit required - refunded minus cleaning fee within 2 weeks of departure date pending a satisfactory inspection.

Main level offers a completely outfitted kitchen w/snack bar, maple hardwood floors, dining room w/slider to large private deck, great room w/wood burning fireplace, and 1/2 bath. Upper level offers master bedroom suite (private bath) w/queen bed, 2nd bedroom w/two twin beds, 3rd bedroom w/queen bed, and another full bath. Walkout lower level offers 4th bedroom w/queen bed, full bath, family room w/slider to patio, queen sofa sleeper, foosball table, and laundry room. Includes a one car attached garage.
