with a beautiful landscaped pool and a 80' dock (if arriving by water
please notify for proper arrangements, dock is rented separatly).
This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, Family, living, dining room
and a fireplace. Enjoy incredible sunrise or sunsets while relaxing
by the pool and watching the fantastic yachts cruise down the
intercoastal waterways.
Escape to your hideaway on a quiet street, yet be conveniently
connected to everything a South Florida vacation could offer.
Meditate while looking at the breath taking intercoastal view as you
savor your morning coffee or soak in the warm Atlantic ocean. Take a
breather from the hot nightlife, which is a walk away from your
vacation home. Enjoy the renowned shops of Las Olas, movies,

away. You could even take a scenic four hour drive through the
Florida Keys or to Orlando (Disney World) or a 30 minute drive to
